if I use a nuke to launch anything that can handle the power of the explosion could I get anywhere in the solar system? how could I slow down the payload to land on any planet?

Hey good question, Using a nuke to launch something in space could give it a big push, but it's not a good idea for a couple of reasons. First, nukes are super dangerous and can cause big problems if something goes wrong. Second, even with a nuke's power, getting anywhere in the solar system would still need a lot more than just a big boom. You'd need a plan to steer and control the thing you're launching, and you'd need to figure out how to slow it down once it gets to where it's going. Landing on a planet would need even more careful planning and technology to safely slow down and land without crashing. So, while nukes are powerful, they're not really the best tool for space travel.
